Tenuta Le colonne Bolgheri superiore

This is a super good red wine from TENUTA LE COLONNE, which is located in the Bolgheri area, which is also known for their world famous Sassicaia wine. TENUTA LE COLONNE vineyards right next to the water so close that you can hear the water rushing from the fields. The wine has aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. A lovely wine with an aroma of ripe red fruits and a little pepper, in the taste good fullness and fresh and elegant, as well as a beautifully rounded balance. Really nice to drink with a good piece of beef and pasta dishes as well as cheeses.
